Members, we have a challenge for you! 😄 🚶♀️🚶♂️🏃♀️🏃♂️ To help you keep active during this time, we are starting a Step Out With Lakers Steps Challenge – we would like you to try and make at least 5,000 steps per day, in any way you like. walking in the park, running, jumping in the back garden, going up and down the stairs! Always within your 5k of course. Whatever you can do to help you stay active and keep happy. If you would like to do this as part of our virtual fundraising campaign that would be nice too.
