DIP OR SKIP IS HERE
Get ready to jump in to summer & the sea with Lakers newest charity challenge. Dip or Skip for Lakers this July or August and help us to raise much needed funds for Swimming & sports activities for people with special needs.
Whether you decide to be a skipper or a dipper, you will receive:
- An awesome Lakers Challenges T-shirt
- A fantastic Lakers Challenges Hero Medal!
- A Certificate of Completion & thank you video
- Weekly support emails with tips & updates of photos with our dippers and skippers
DIPPERS CHALLENGES
SEA DIP – Go for a dip 15 times over the space of 30 days ! Take a photo of your dips and send them on to us. (must be in to at least your shoulders)
POOL DIP – Go for a swim 15 times over the space of 30 days – you have to do at least 10 lengths per trip to the pool to count it as a pool dip.
SKIPPERS CHALLENGE:
Jump Challenge : The skippers challenge is to jump the rope 1000 times over the course of 30 days (this averages about 34 jumps a day or 250 jumps a week)
